Deleting your Brieflex account

This page explains how to delete your Brieflex account (Brieflex, by Elpis Labs Inc) and its associated data.

How to delete your account

Open the Brieflex app.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

Your account is deactivated immediately. To cancel, sign back in within 30 days and your account is restored.

Can’t access the app?

Email support@brieflex.app from your account’s email address and we’ll delete it for you.

What is deleted

After a 30-day grace period we permanently delete your account and profile (email, name), your learning progress and lesson history, and your Emma chat history.

What is kept, and for how long

During the 30-day grace period your data is retained (account deactivated) so you can restore it by signing in. After 30 days it is permanently purged. We may retain minimal records required by law for the period applicable regulations require.
